Will you be providing CEs?

​

Yes, we will be offering 6 CEs for Social Workers and Professional Counselors. 

​

When can I expect to receive my certificate?

​

Certificates will be emailed after the conference. To receive your certificate, you must sign into each workshop and complete the online evaluation. You should expect to receive your certificate by November 17, 2023.

What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel my reservation?

​

Purchased tickets are nonrefundable.  

​

What does it mean that HCTI is going green?

​

This year, we are reducing our use of plastic and paper. Please bring a refillable water bottle, as we will not be providing plastic water bottles. Water filling stations will be available, and limited drinks will be provided for lunch (seltzer and soda).

Will you be streaming the conference?

 

No, this years conference will only be held in person.

​

 

Will there be a paper conference program?

​

No, we will be using an online program this year. You should have your phone ready to scan the QR code and access the full program. You will also be able to complete the evaluation online using a QR code.

What do I do if I'm not able to pay with credit card?
