Is the conference in person this year?
At this time we are planning to meet in person this year! The committee will continue to monitor public health advisories should our conference plans needs to change.
Will there be COVID restrictions?
The planning committee will continue to monitor COVID metrics and CDC guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our participants.
Do you accept credit cards for payment?
No, at this time we DO NOT have the ability to accept credit card payments.
Are you offering CEs?
Yes, we are offering 6 CEs for Social Workers and Professional Counselors. For those who complete the ethics workshop 3 Ethics CEs will be awarded.
When will I receive my certificate?
All certificates will be issued by email after the conference. Participants must sign into each workshop and complete the online evaluation before their certificate will be issued. Certificates will be emailed by November 1, 2022.
I need to cancel my reservation, what is the cancellation policy?
Any registration cancellations must be made prior to Friday, October 7, 2022 in order to qualify for a refund. Payment will be expected if you register and do not cancel prior to October 7, 2022
What does it mean that HCTI is going green?
We are reducing our plastic and paper use this year. Please bring a refillable water bottle as we will not be providing plastic water bottle this year. We will have water filling stations available. Limited drinks will be available for lunch (seltzer and soda).
We will be using an online program this year so make sure you have your phone ready to scan the QR code and access the full program. Your evaluation will also be completed online and a QR code will be available to access the evaluation.
